At Ackwire, we are a dynamic business acquisition firm with a strategic focus on executing a robust buy and build strategy.Our mission is to identify, acquire and consolidate a portfolio of storage industry businesses, creating value and fostering growth in this rapidly evolving industry.Our process is simple and begins with a 20 minute discovery call in order to get a feel for the business.From there we request and review 3 years of management accounts, along with some other documents in order to evaluate the financial & day to day mechanisms of the business.Finally, we are usually now at the stage to make an offer for the business if we feel it's a suitable situation for both parties.We specialise in identifying and acquiring businesses that align with the strategic vision and complement an existing portfolio.Our dedicated team ensures a smooth and efficient integration process, maximising synergies and minimising disruptions.
The Team
Ben and Luke share a background in the real estate sector, having successfully delivered residential development projects in the South East of England collaboratively.Luke possesses extensive experience in various property-related ancillary sectors including residential and commercial agency, finance and surveying. Additionally, he successfully grew a technology businesses in Asia, achieving a significant milestone within the first six months of trading by securing the business of one of the largest global beauty brands.Ben's experience lies in risk management in the City of London and with both skills and contacts decided to enter the world of M&A to ultimately buy and build a group of small/medium sized property businesses.
